Dial tone when no active call is present

Dial tone on PC when there is no active call

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Install HeadSetup or HeadSetup Pro from our webpage.
  2. Go to Settings tab and select the default softphone from the dropdown.
  3. Enable “Always Audio” in the Settings tab of the Headsetup and Headsetup Pro.

This option is only available for the DECT products.
